Lay the template flat on a plain, light-coloured surface in natural daylight. Make sure the whole design is in frame and nothing is out of focus. Avoid flash if possible — it can wash out the colours. The better the photo, the better the print.
Yes — if you're ordering two or three mugs with different designs, upload all the images in the form and add a note in the message field telling us which design goes on which mug. We'll take it from there.
We aim to print and dispatch all orders within 3 -5 working days. If you need your mug by a specific date — for a birthday or Christmas, for example — drop us a note in the message field and we'll do our very best.
Yes — our mugs are dishwasher safe and the print is designed to last. We recommend placing on the top rack for best results over time.
